Role & responsibilities • Planning & monitoring of Constructions projects. • Vendor coordination for timely dispatch of materials. • Preparing Monthly Training calendar • Helping dealers in recruiting • Training of dealers sales executives – Evaluation & certification. • Co-ordination with and grooming the dealer manpower & enhancing the soft skill. • Dealer Management – Ensuring assigned set of dealers KPI management • Dealer profitability monitoring • Network quality improvement – Review & improve on KPIs • Intra departmental and Regional coordination Preferred candidate profile Looking for candidates who hold relevant experience from 4 wheeler passenger cars under direct OEMs.
