Job description

Job Purpose: Drive  dealer network expansion and development for West Region by identifying new locations, appointing suitable dealers, and managing the end-to-end dealership development process from site identification to facility activation and inauguration, in line with company standards. Key Responsibilities: • Identify potential locations and opportunities for  network expansion . • Scout, evaluate, shortlist, appoint, and activate dealers in identified markets. • Manage the  end-to-end dealer development process , from appointment to inauguration. • Monitor dealer facility development and ensure compliance with  organization's norms, approved layouts, designs, action plans, and standards . • Monitor  dealer viability and performance  and coordinate improvement initiatives. • Coordinate with dealers, vendors, Head Office, and other stakeholders for timely project execution. • Coordinate dealership  agreements, renewals, reports, data, and presentations . • Ensure adherence to  Corporate Identity (CI/CD) standards  across facilities. • Coordinate with approved vendors for  furniture, POS, equipment, branding, and other facility requirements . • Ensure timely completion, activation, and successful launch of new/ upgraded dealerships. Qualification & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in  Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field ; MBA preferred. • 4–12 years of experience  in dealer development, network expansion, channel management, project execution, or retail expansion. • Experience in Automobile Passenger Vehicle OEM is preferred. • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and stakeholders as an  Individual Contributor (IC) • Strong skills in  project management, dealer relationship management, stakeholder coordination, and negotiation . • Good analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in  MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint . • Willingness to  travel extensively  and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
