**Role Summary:** We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Regional HR Business Partner who can move beyond transactional HR and act as a trusted advisor to the business. The role requires someone who can diagnose business and people challenges, identify root causes behind. **Role and Responsibilties:** **Business Partnership** - Partner with Regional Heads and business leaders to align people strategies with business priorities. - Act as the primary HR advisor for the assigned region. - Translate business goals into actionable people initiatives. - Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions. **Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning** - Partner with hiring managers to drive workforce planning. - Ensure timely closure of critical positions. - Improve hiring quality through structured selection processes. - Support onboarding and integration of new hires. **Performance Management** - Drive goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and talent discussions. - Coach managers on performance conversations. - Manage performance improvement plans where required. - Build a high-performance culture. **Employee Engagement** - Drive employee engagement initiatives across locations. - Analyze engagement data and implement action plans. - Improve employee experience throughout the lifecycle. - Facilitate leadership connects and employee forums. **Talent Development** - Identify capability gaps and recommend development interventions. - Support succession planning and talent reviews. - Drive learning initiatives for managers and employees. - Coach leaders on people management practices. **Employee Relations** - Address employee grievances professionally and confidentially. - Conduct investigations when required. - Resolve workplace conflicts through appropriate interventions. - Maintain a positive employee relations climate. **HR Operations & Compliance** - Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. - Drive completion of HR processes and audits. - Ensure accuracy of employee records and HR systems. - Support policy implementation and governance. **Data & Analytics** - Track people metrics and business dashboards. - Present insights on attrition, hiring, engagement, productivity, and performance. - Recommend improvement actions based on data trends. **Organizational Effectiveness** - Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives. - Improve team effectiveness and manager capability. - Drive culture-building initiatives across the region. **Regional Travel** - Travel across assigned region for approximately one week every month to build strong business partnerships, - strengthen employee connect, drive people initiatives, and support regional business priorities. **Qualification:** - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. - Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. - HR certifications are an added advantage. **Experience:** - 5–7 years of progressive HR experience. - Minimum 3–5 years in an HR Business Partner role. - Experience partnering with regional or field operations teams. - Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth organizations is preferred. - Experience handling large employee populations across multiple locations.
