WE ARE HIRING | Kotak Mahindra Bank Position: Virtual Relationship Manager – POS & Digital Banking Location: Thane – Wagle Estate Employment: Full-Time | On-Roll Payroll: Directly with Kotak Mahindra Bank Experience: 1–5 Years Qualification: Graduate CTC: ₹3.0–4.5 LPA + Incentives up to ₹20,000/month Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Week Off: 6 days/month (4 Sundays + 2 Saturdays) Key Responsibilities: • Manage merchant/customer relationships through calls and digital channels • Handle POS, CMS and digital banking queries • Customer engagement, retention and portfolio activation • Cross-sell banking products and achieve business targets • Coordinate with internal teams for timely query resolution • Maintain MIS and calling data Required: Strong communication skills in Hindi, English and Marathi, customer handling, relationship management, MS Excel/CRM and a target-oriented approach.
