Role & responsibilities • Hands-on experience with SAP QM customization and implementation. • Proven experience as an SAP QM Consultant, Key User, or Expert, in a manufacturing environment. • Strong process knowledge in quality management or service. • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills. • Analyze, design, and implement new SAP QM solutions based on business requirements. • Customize and enhance the SAP QM module and its integration with adjacent systems. • Provide expert support to users, resolving issues and addressing evolving needs. • Lead and contribute to (sub-)projects, including planning, execution, testing, and go-live. • Train end-users and stakeholders on SAP QM processes and tools. • Continuously analyze and optimize quality management processes. • Support application lifecycle, including problem management and process improvements. • Contribute to the development of global SAP QM standards for upcoming rollouts. • Strong understanding of SAP QM integration with MM, PP, and PS.
