Dear Candidate We have a permanent position with LTIMindtree for SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking & Time Off Consultant (Certified) | Location: Bangalore Exp: 7-11 Yrs NP- 0 to 30 Day Role Description The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet business process and application requirements. Mandatory Skills • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off • SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking • SAP Business AI for HCM (SuccessFactors) • AI / Generative AI • Prompt Engineering Mandatory Certifications • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core Certification • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off Certification • SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Certification Good to Have Skills • Machine Learning Algorithms • SAP IP Tools • SAP Joule for Consultants (J4C) • SAP Signavio (Functional) Key Responsibilities • Requirement gathering and stakeholder management • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off and Time Tracking • Integrate Employee Central with other SAP and third-party systems • Drive fit-to-standard workshops and business process discussions • Develop and maintain HR reports and analytics • Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights Required Experience • Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors • Hands-on expertise in: • Employee Central Time Off • Time Tracking • Time Evaluation • Overtime (OT) Rules • At least 2 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects • Experience working in an onshore-offshore delivery model • Strong requirement gathering and client-facing experience Professional Attributes • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and under pressure • Experience conducting client workshops and solution design sessions • Proven leadership and team collaboration skills Note: Only candidates with the mandatory SAP SuccessFactors certifications and relevant implementation experience should be submitted.
