**Job Overview:** We are looking for an experienced SDE III (Full Stack) to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications that power critical business functions. In this role, you will drive architectural decisions, own end-to-end system design (HLD & LLD), and build cloud-native, microservices-based solutions using Node.js and React.js. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and ensure the delivery of robust, secure, and scalable platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** • Architect and design scalable, resilient, and high-performance distributed systems leveraging microservices architecture principles. • Drive High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) discussions, ensuring solutions meet scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability requirements. • Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance to engineering teams. • Design and implement event-driven and service-oriented architectures, ensuring seamless integration across systems. • Optimize application performance, database design, and system reliability to support rapid business growth and increasing scale. • Mentor junior engineers and establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and design patterns. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. **Required Qualifications:** • Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development using Node.js and React.js. • Strong experience designing and building scalable distributed systems and microservices-based architectures. • Proven expertise in System Design, including High-Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), API design, and architectural decision-making. • Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, design principles, and system scalability considerations. • Experience with messaging/event streaming systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies. • Strong understanding of caching, load balancing, database optimization, fault tolerance, and performance tuning. • Experience designing cloud-native applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Ability to drive technical discussions, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor engineering teams.
