Job description

Role & responsibilities • Handle all corporate legal matters incl. draft review and negotiate legal agreements/ business agreements, revenue agreements, sales agreements, vendor agreements/ MOU / Lease/ CAM etc. • Handle cases pertaining to agreements, arbitration, negotiable instruments act, labour cases, civil suits & other litigation of the company. • Vetting of Appeals, legal documents including deeds and agreements, legal notices, preparing law suits, drafting of written statements, miscellaneous applications & replies filed in Courts, due diligence, legal consultancy and other matters. • Manage litigation (both civil and criminal) and pre-litigation matters including legal notices, demand notices, show cause notices and viewer complaints pertaining to business of the Company; • Handle statutory compliance programs; policy/ internal guidelines/SOPs formulation. Advise on compliance with internal policies, statutes, and other regulatory requirements. • Stay up to date with evolving industry/regulatory changes impacting the business • Handle issues involving intellectual property rights, data privacy etc. Preferred candidate profile • Must be a Graduate or a Post Graduate in HR or Labour Law field • Should have strong knowledge in handling corporate matters of Litigation, Criminal law, Civil law and arbitration . • 7-13 years of experience required • Location Noida
