Role & responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Tech, news, digital, production, and corporate and diverse functions for Mid to senior leadership hirings • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements • Maintain recruitment data and hiring reports & hands on exp in industry mapping/headhunting(Mandatory) Preferred candidate profile • 712 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (media industry preferred) • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Familiarity with job portals and ATS • Education qualification must be PGDM/MBA in HR field. • People from Different background are welcomed.
