Job description

**Role & responsibilities** **Business Partnering** 1. Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals. 2. Develop HR strategies that support business growth and transformation. 3. Provide insights on workforce implications of business decisions. **Workforce Planning** 1. Analyze current and future talent requirements. 2. Identify skill gaps and create workforce plans. 3. Support manpower budgeting and organizational restructuring. **Performance & KRA Management** 1. Drive the KRA framework in collaboration with leadership. 2. Support goal setting, incentive plans, performance reviews, and quarterly evaluations. 3. Track performance metrics and support Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for low performers. **Employee Lifecycle Management** 1. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle for employees (onboarding to exit). 2. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires. 3. Maintain accurate employee data, documentation, and HRIS updates. **Employee Relations & Engagement** 1. Serve as the first point of contact for employees for HR-related concerns. 2. Handle employee relations, grievances, attrition management, and retention initiatives. 3. Design and execute engagement activities tailored to teams (contests, rewards, recognition). **Compensation, Incentives & Payroll Coordination** 1. Partner with compensation and payroll teams to manage incentives, commissions, and payouts. 2. Validate incentive data, attendance, and variable pay inputs. 3. Support communication and clarification of compensation structures to employees. **Policy Implementation & Compliance** 1. Ensure adherence to HR policies, POSH guidelines, and statutory compliance for employees. 2. Support disciplinary actions and investigations as required. 3. Partner with compliance teams to ensure audit readiness. **HR Analytics & Reporting** 1. Prepare and present HR dashboards related to headcount, attrition, performance, and engagement. 2. Analyze attrition trends and recommend corrective actions. 3. Provide regular MIS reports to business leaders. **Organizational Development & Change Management** 1. Assist in executing organizational design and restructuring initiatives 2. Support change management programs including M&A integration/separation (preferred exposure) 3. Drive cultural alignment and employee communication strategies **Preferred candidate profile** - 5-10 Years of experience As a HRBP - People from FMCG Background are only preferred - Location Noida-WFO - MBA in HR degree from Premier institute preferred
