Human Resources – Digital Agency Role: HR / Talent Acquisition Executive 📍 Mumbai 💼 Experience: 2–2.5 Years We’re looking for an HR professional who understands the fast-paced world of digital agencies and can manage hiring while partnering closely with creative, strategy, social media, account management, and design teams. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end recruitment for creative and digital roles. • Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across multiple functions. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines. • Coordinate interviews, assignments, feedback, and offer rollouts. • Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth hiring experience. • Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases. • Support onboarding and employee documentation. • Assist with employee engagement, HR operations, and other people-related initiatives. • Stay updated on talent trends and build a strong network within the digital/creative industry. What We’re Looking For • 2–2.5 years of HR / Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a digital, advertising, media, or creative agency . • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. • Good understanding of creative and digital roles. • Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment. • Strong sourcing and networking skills. • Someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently.
