**Key Responsibilities** - Support Senior HR leaders implement local human resource strategies that are appropriate for business needs, but consistent with the organization's overall human resource strategy. - Actively contribute to the implementation of HR strategies - Responsible for the day-to-day transactional matters related to recruiting, on-boarding, transfers, relocations, and separations - Support Senior HR leaders on culture and workplace initiatives - Execution of HR processes in conjunction with Directors, HR including performance management, year-end compensation and promotion process, recruitment, headcount planning and reporting, and other corporate initiatives - Drive employee engagement initiatives, including engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, and culture-building activities - Support initiatives that enhance employee experience, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness. **Required Qualifications** - 8+ years of progressive experience in HRBP role, preferably from MNC. - Exposure to both strategic and operational HR functions in an enterprise environment - Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, compliance, and governance
