Qualification Graduate Years Of Experience 3+ Years of Experience Job description Experienced Soft Skill trainer. - Experience in Financial Service Roles is an added advantage. - Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning - Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms - Excellent organizational skills - Solid communication and presentation abilities - Additional certification in training is a plus - Proficiency is Kannada, Tamil, Telugu will be an added advantage Language Skills English, Malayalam Responsibilities Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement - Design training curriculum within time - Produce physical and digital educational material - Onboard new Hires to organization - Handle Soft skill training to groom employees for higher responsibilities. - Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses - Monitor objectives and results - Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses - Report on impact of training programs - Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum - Handle product training sessions for branch staff at Regional Learning center. - Work in cohesion with leadership in improving capability of organisation - Travel to various regions based on company requirement. - Attend training programs organized for trainers periodically to cater to the training needs of the staff.
