Qualification Graduate Years Of Experience 3+ Years of Experience Job description Experienced Soft Skill trainer. • Experience in Financial Service Roles is an added advantage. • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning • Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms • Excellent organizational skills • Solid communication and presentation abilities • Additional certification in training is a plus • Proficiency is Kannada, Tamil, Telugu will be an added advantage Language Skills English, Malayalam Responsibilities Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement • Design training curriculum within time • Produce physical and digital educational material • Onboard new Hires to organization • Handle Soft skill training to groom employees for higher responsibilities. • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses • Monitor objectives and results • Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses • Report on impact of training programs • Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum • Handle product training sessions for branch staff at Regional Learning center. • Work in cohesion with leadership in improving capability of organisation • Travel to various regions based on company requirement. • Attend training programs organized for trainers periodically to cater to the training needs of the staff.
