Position: Senior Manager Human Resources (HR) Location: Alwar, Rajasthan Employment Type: Full-time Department: Human Resources Role Summary We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources operations in Alwar. The ideal candidate will act as a key business partner to the leadership team, driving HR initiatives that support business objectives, foster a positive work culture, and ensure compliance with all local labor laws. This role requires a strong balance of strategic planning, talent management, and hands-on employee relations. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership & Business Partnering • Partner with site leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and operational demands. • Act as a trusted advisor to management on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for both white-collar and blue-collar workforces. • Develop robust sourcing strategies to attract top local and regional talent to the Alwar facility. • Design and execute effective onboarding and induction programs to ensure rapid integration of new hires. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations (IR) • Manage grievance redressal mechanisms, ensuring timely and fair resolution of employee issues. • Oversee Industrial Relations, maintaining a harmonious work environment and managing union/worker committee interactions (if applicable). • Implement proactive employee welfare and health & safety programs. Compliance & HR Operations • Ensure 100% statutory compliance with all state and central labor laws (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Minimum Wages Act, etc.). • Manage payroll operations, attendance, and leave management systems efficiently. • Maintain accurate HR dashboards, MIS reports, and employee records for leadership review. Performance Management & Talent Development • Drive the annual performance appraisal cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and final evaluations. • Identify training needs across departments and implement effective Learning & Development (L&D) programs. • Develop succession planning and career progression frameworks for key talent. Qualifications & Requirements • Education: Master’s Degree or MBA in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. • Experience: 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Experience in a manufacturing/plant environment in the Alwar/NCR region is highly preferred. • Technical Skills: • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances. • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite. • Soft Skills: • Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills. • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor a team. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
