Senior Specialist GMS Training

Key Skills: Training & Development, Regulatory Compliance, Medical Device, L&D (Learning & Development), Healthcare, ISO 13485, GxP compliance Roles and Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain the learning management system for assigned training curricula and user records • Coordinate training assignments, completions, reminders, and escalation workflows across business functions • Manage training documentation, records retention, and audit-ready evidence for regulated processes • Support quality and regulatory training programs aligned to internal procedures and external compliance requirements • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure training content, tracking, and reporting remain current and accurate Skills Required: • 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in training operations, preferably in medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations • Hands-on experience in Learning & Development and Training & Development within a regulated environment • Strong background in medical device or healthcare training operations, including training administration and records management • Working knowledge of regulatory compliance expectations for quality and training processes • Experience supporting LMS-based training workflows, documentation control, and audit readiness Good to Have: • Exposure to GxP compliance • Exposure to ISO 13485 • Experience with ComplianceWire • Familiarity with QMS and ISO 9001 Education : Any Graduation
