SENIOR TRAINER Location: Ambattur, Chennai. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions that meet business needs • Must have exposure in creating e-learning modules and follow instructional design basics • Must be familiar with Training Need Analysis and Training Need Identification • Create content and develop content • Must have experience in conducting soft skills and Behavioral Training program • Partner with managers and subject experts to keep content updated • Learn new training methods and tools • Governance and Tracking of programs handled • Help run induction programs for new employees as and when required Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in any field • Experience in both classroom and online training • 4+ years in corporate or BPO training roles • Strong presentation and communication skills • Ability to design training material and e-learning content • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Key Competencies: • Teamwork • Communication and interpersonal skills • Adaptability and problem-solving • Coaching and mentoring ability • Time Management
