Job Description POSITIONDESCRIPTION JOBTITLE Specialist-TalentAcquisition GRADE SM DEPARTMENT HumanResources LOCATION HO/RO/BRANCH SUB-DEPARTMENT TalentAcquisition TYPEOF POSITION Full-time REPORTSTO SrManager/Manager-Talent Acquisition REPORTINGINTO Officer-TalentAcquisition ROLEPURPOSE OBJECTIVE - Theprimary responsibility of the Assistant Manager-TalentAcquisition is to manage end-to-end recruitment cycle of thebusiness unit ensuring planning, attraction, sourcing, selection,and conversion of candidates for both specific requisitions,building a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources,effectively managing candidate relationships and ensure the righttalent is available when needed. - Planexecute recruitment activities against the Headcount budgetattritions for various departments. SIZEOF THE ROLE FINANCIALSIZE NON-FINANCIALSIZE - Recruitmentbudget: As assigned by supervisor - Over40 onboarding of on-roll employees for Head Office - Over5 vendors KEY DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE **Business** - Responsiblefor talent acquisition for the assigned business unit/departments. - Planexecute recruitment activities against the Headcountbudget attritions for various departments across region. - Handlecruitment activities from gathering the requisitions,sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till thecandidate joins - Workwith hiring managers to understand immediate and futurerequirements in business units to regulate direction of efforts - Interviewcandidates within the framework of the position specification.Validate, interview and identify ideal candidate within anappropriate and consistent timeline - Focuson effective networking methods to reach the greatest number ofpotential candidates through internet sourcing, directapplications, job portals, Employee reference, industry leads sources, contacts, social media, etc. - Maintainproper source mix promote low cost sourcing channels - Maintaingood candidate onboarding experience - MeetingTAT compliance for all the designated activities - Participatein special projects/recruiting initiatives. - Effectiveutilization of HRMS **Customer** - Coordinatingwith Hiring managers of various departments for recruitmentneeds maintain healthy association - Partnerwith HR Operations team for seamless onboarding - Coordinatewith Talent management for Internal movements - Coordinatewith LD team for new joiner induction needs **Internalprocess** - Runweekly resource meeting and facilitate resourcing issues /conflict resolution with appropriate department heads. - Prepare,analyze and report on recruitment status data to variousdepartment central Talent Acquisition team - Adhereto internal policy and processes. **LearningPerformance** - Ensurethat self and team are up to date on Talent Acquisition, HRPolicies and all relevant circulars on HR policies - Adhereto training man-days/ mandatory training programs for self andteam. - Completethe goal-setting, mid-year review and annual appraisal processwithin specified timelines. MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE SKILLS Educational Qualifications - MBA/ PG from a reputed Institute. - Graduate(Any Discipline) Experience - 4-6Years experience in Talent Acquisition
