Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition **Company:** SBI General Insurance **Base Location:** Hyderabad **Hiring Region:** Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Karnataka Job Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for AP, Telangana, and Karnataka. - Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Handle offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding. - Partner with branch and regional managers to meet hiring requirements. - Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers. - Travel across the assigned locations for branch visits and recruitment drives. Preferred Candidate Profile - Graduation/MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. - 2–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience. - BFSI/Insurance hiring experience preferred. - Good communication and stakeholder management skills. - Must be based in Hyderabad. - Willing to travel extensively across AP, Telangana, and Karnataka.
