Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition Company: SBI General Insurance Base Location: Hyderabad Hiring Region: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Karnataka Job Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment for AP, Telangana, and Karnataka. • Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels. • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. • Handle offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding. • Partner with branch and regional managers to meet hiring requirements. • Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers. • Travel across the assigned locations for branch visits and recruitment drives. Preferred Candidate Profile • Graduation/MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. • 2–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience. • BFSI/Insurance hiring experience preferred. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. • Must be based in Hyderabad. • Willing to travel extensively across AP, Telangana, and Karnataka.
