Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive Non-IT Hiring Company: PRISM (OYO) Location: Gurugram Work Schedule: Six days a week—Monday to Friday from the office and Saturday working from home About the Role PRISM (OYO) is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in non-IT recruitment and employee onboarding. The candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer rollout and successful onboarding. Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across different business functions. • Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies. • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels. • Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews and assess their suitability for the role. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. • Manage offer documentation, offer rollout and salary-related coordination. • Complete pre-joining engagement and follow up with candidates until their date of joining. • Manage the onboarding process, including document collection, background-verification coordination and joining formalities. • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Build a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring targets within the required timelines. • Work closely with business stakeholders and HR teams for smooth hiring and onboarding. Candidate Requirements • Graduate or postgraduate qualification in HR, Business Administration or a related field. • 3–6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment. • Practical experience in employee onboarding and joining formalities. • Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn. • Good communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills. • Strong follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously. • Target-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Immediate or early joiners will be preferred. Work Arrangement • Six-day working week. • Monday to Friday: Work from office. • Saturday: Work from home.
