Job description

Role & responsibilities • End-to-end recruitment for Blue-collar, Sales, Operations & Non-Tech roles. • Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, referrals, and other job portals. • Screening resumes and conducting telephonic interviews to check communication and suitability. • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. • Managing walk-in drives and bulk hiring closures. • Maintaining daily hiring reports, trackers, and candidate database. • Building a strong talent pipeline for future requirements. • Candidate engagement & follow-up till onboarding. Preferred candidate profile • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR is a plus) • 1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (Blue-collar / Bulk hiring preferred) • Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada (preferred) • Must be comfortable with target-based hiring and walk-in drives.Proficient in MS Excel and job portals. • Immediate joiners / 15 days notice period preferred. • Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate. • Energetic, confident, and willing to work on-site.
