Job description

Role & responsibilities • Bachelors degree in any discipline, preferably Finance. • Total experience minimum of 4+ years and 1-2 year of team handling experience along with understanding of CC role and responsibility. • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications including Intermediate Excel skills (Calculations, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, IF functions, Concatenation etc.) • Should have experience or ability to manage team, SLA and performance matrices. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively handle and resolve queries. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with clarity and assertiveness. • Flexible team player and should be open to work as team member and lead team. • Should be self-motivated, good in prioritization and ability to perform under pressure. • Keen understanding of financial data and it’s implications.
