Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Bachelors degree in any discipline, preferably Finance. - Total experience minimum of 4+ years and 1-2 year of team handling experience along with understanding of CC role and responsibility. - Good working knowledge of MS Office applications including Intermediate Excel skills (Calculations, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, IF functions, Concatenation etc.) - Should have experience or ability to manage team, SLA and performance matrices. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively handle and resolve queries. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with clarity and assertiveness. - Flexible team player and should be open to work as team member and lead team. - Should be self-motivated, good in prioritization and ability to perform under pressure. - Keen understanding of financial data and it’s implications.
