Job description

• Experience in US IT, Non- IT, Life Sciences, Construction & Property and Bulk Hiring, full lifecycle recruitment including searching, sourcing, screening / conducting telephonic interview, coordination and candidate engagement • Good working experience of job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Dice, Indeed, CareerBuilder etc. • Good knowledge of various skills in the US Job Market tax terms, work authorizations, work types etc • Good in preparing and using search strings and techniques (Boolean, Xray searches etc.) • Good communication skills (written and verbal) • Knowledge of MS Office (like Word, Excel and Outlook) • Eye for detail with multi-tasking skills • Team player, proactive and energetic .
