Role & responsibilities Required Qualifications • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field. • Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Staffing experience. • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting US Staffing requirements. • Hands-on experience working with MSP and VMS programs. • Strong understanding of contingent workforce hiring models. • Experience in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent recruitment. Preferred Experience • Experience recruiting for Technology, Digital, ERP, Engineering, Healthcare or Professional Services roles. • Exposure to major MSP programs and vendor management environments. • Knowledge of SOW, contingent labour and workforce solutions.
