About the Role Careernet is looking for a Startup/Product Recruiter to join our high-growth recruitment team. The role involves working closely with startups and product-based companies and hiring top technology talent across various domains. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment for startup and product companies. • Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles. • Source, screen, and engage top tech talent through Naukri, LinkedIn and other channels. • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines. • Manage candidate experience and stakeholder relationships. • Stay updated on technology, startup and hiring market trends. • Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. What Were Looking For • 15 years of recruitment experience, preferably in startup/product hiring. • Strong sourcing and screening skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving ability with good IQ & EQ. • Adaptable, proactive and solution-oriented mindset. • Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment. • Candidates with client handling/stakeholder management experience will be preferred.
