Role Title: Technical Program Manager Location: Gurugram (5 Days WFO) Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional programs from conception to delivery. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to drive execution, manage risks, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and milestones • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports • Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks • Drive technical discussions and ensure alignment on architecture and design decisions • Establish program governance, processes, and best practices • Manage stakeholder communication, including leadership updates • Ensure timely delivery with high quality and operational excellence • Use data and metrics to track program performance and improve processes • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies where required
