Role & responsibilities • Work on sales leads to take inbound and outbound calls to consult customers on pre-owned cars • Work with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable options for them • Schedule Hub Inspector visits at customer home for the inspections and teams to take it further • Be a customer champion by ensuring superb experience with Spinny. Preferred candidate profile • Sales Consultants are expected to be go-getters who are agile and high on energy • Good verbal communication skills Bengali, and English, Hindi, regional language (will be an added advantage) • Must have good analytical skills • Should be persistent, smart, and quick to respond to customers • Must be willing to learn about automobiles
