Job description

Role & responsibilities • Conduct Pre-Signing Audits (PSA) and assess property transformation feasibility. • Perform property inspections and complete audit documentation as per OYO standards. • Prepare BOQs and define the scope of work for property transformations. • Oversee transformation execution, ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and cost efficiency. • Manage vendors, negotiations, procurement, and stakeholder coordination. • Monitor project TAT, resource allocation, launch timelines, and go-live readiness. • Provide cost, service, and timeline estimates based on audit findings. • Resolve project challenges and ensure smooth coordination across teams and vendors.
