Must Roles and Responsibilities • Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and grow the agency channel field sales. • Identify new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of health insurance through life and general insurance channels. • Monitor agent performance, provide coaching, and mentoring to improve their skills. • Drive the incentive schemes to ensure that the Agents income exceeds benchmark Drive the R&R schemes floated by HO, ZO and branch Experience of preferred candidates. 1. Minimum 6 months of experience in Agency channel in hiring and training of insurance agents. 2. Positive, self motivated and enthusiastic to grow 3. Good communication English and Kannada 4.
