**Must Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and grow the agency channel field sales. - Identify new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of health insurance through life and general insurance channels. - Monitor agent performance, provide coaching, and mentoring to improve their skills. - Drive the incentive schemes to ensure that the Agents income exceeds benchmark Drive the R&R schemes floated by HO, ZO and branch **Experience of preferred candidates.** 1. Minimum 6 months of experience in Agency channel in hiring and training of insurance agents. 2. Positive, self motivated and enthusiastic to grow 3. Good communication English and Kannada 4.
