**Role & responsibilities.** **Job Title:** Branch Manager Agency Channel **Industry:** Insurance **Reporting To:** Regional Manager or Area Head **Preferred candidate profile** **Agent Recruitment & Development:** Recruit, onboard, and expand a robust network of agents, advisors, and sales managers. **Business Target Achievement:** Drive top-line revenue, new premium targets, and market penetration goals for life or general insurance products. **Team Management & Coaching:** Lead a team of frontline sales managers, monitor individual productivity, and conduct regular skill-training sessions **Compliance & Operations:** Manage daily branch administration while adhering strictly to company policies and regulatory frameworks. **Qualifications & Skills** - **Education:** Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA is preferred). - **Experience:** 4 to 8+ years of experience in the insurance or financial agency channel, with at least 2 to 3 years in a team-handling role. - **Core Competencies:** Strong leadership, agent recruitment pipelines, local market knowledge, and financial acumen.
