Work Location: Omega Healthcare Ground Floor, Tower 1, RMZ Millennia Business Park, MGR Main Road, Kandanchavadi, Chennai 600096 Landmark: Thanthi TV Building Work Mode: Work From Office Working Days: Monday to Saturday Experience Required: • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior Recruiter • Strong expertise in volume hiring • Experience in team handling / leadership roles Key Skills: • End-to-end recruitment • Stakeholder & vendor management • Managing high-volume hiring targets • Team coordination & performance tracking Additional Responsibilities: • Drive bulk hiring strategies to meet business requirements • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to improve productivity • Ensure timely closure of positions with quality profiles • Handle stakeholder communication and expectation management • Track and monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, conversion ratio) • Coordinate with HR Ops / onboarding teams for smooth joining process • Ensure process compliance and documentation accuracy • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines • Manage vendor performance and external hiring channels Contact: HR Rumal – 7397647886 Regards, Rumal
