**KeyResponsibilities Include:** Manageendto end workshop operations. Implement new process flow and products. Ensure adherence to SOPs and process flows. Manpowermanagement- Able to resolve manpower grievances and track ST/T performance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams- Spares, Quality, finance, central teams. KPIs/KRAs- Repair TAT, Repair Quality, Cost saving.
