This role focuses on the 0-30 Days (Soft Bucket/Bucket 1) portfolio, where the primary objective is to remind customers about their upcoming or overdue EMI payments and help them stay financially disciplined. We do not encourage harsh or aggressive collection practices. Instead, we work with customers to understand their concerns, provide support, and guide them toward timely repayments while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Job Summary As a Collections Executive, you will manage the 030 Days (Bucket 1) delinquency portfolio for Personal Loan customers. You will connect with customers through outbound calls, provide EMI payment reminders, resolve payment-related queries, and encourage timely repayments in line with Fibe's "Collect with Care" approach. Key Responsibilities • Handle outbound calls to customers for Personal Loan EMI collections. • Manage the 030 Days (Soft Bucket/Bucket 1) delinquency portfolio. • Remind customers about upcoming and overdue EMI payments. • Understand customer concerns and provide suitable payment solutions wherever possible. • Follow up with customers to ensure payment commitments are honoured. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments in the system. • Ensure every customer interaction is professional, respectful, and empathetic. • Adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical collection practices. • Achieve daily productivity, quality, and collection targets. Eligibility Criteria • Graduate in any discipline. • Age - Below 30 Y/O • 03 years of experience in Tele Collections, Customer Service, Recovery, or BPO. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered. • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to handle customer conversations with empathy and professionalism. • Basic computer knowledge. • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Preferred Experience • Experience in Personal Loan, Credit Card, NBFC, Banking, or Fintech collections. • Exposure to early-stage collections (030 DPD/Bucket 1) will be an added advantage.
