Walk-in || Transformation Lead

Job description

Role & responsibilities • Carry out initial audits (PSA - Pre Signing Audits) of properties to check feasibility of transformation & completing the transformation of properties as per the organization standards before handing it over to Operations/Revenue team • Advise business teams on cost, service and time estimates of every property launch by assessment of the audit outputs • Align patron(s) on required scope of transformation work in terms of activities, timelines & cost and execute the plan as per guidelines • Identify, negotiate & liaise with vendors for services and materials • Monitor and review TAT for each ongoing TR activity in the allocated properties • Ensure all support departments and vendors are aligned for the property launch as per go-live date and deadlines are met • Ensure that the final product effectively satisfies the quality and safety levels for the respective property cohort • Take autonomous, data-driven decisions and ensure cost reduction and quality control • Engage in constant communication with all the involved stakeholders to identify and solve problems, find and adopt best practices, strengthen the launch process and ensure harmonious relationships are maintained between all parties involved
