The key responsibilities for this position include:   • Overseeing and managing multiple branches or clusters.   • Driving Gold Loan growth, incremental interest collection, NPA reduction, and OFP business.   • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve targets and business objectives.   • Providing guidance and mentorship to all branch teams.   • Building and maintaining strong relationships with all staff members.   • Monitoring and evaluating key performance metrics and taking proactive measures to address field staff issues.
