Hiring: App Growth Associate | NoBroker Company: NoBroker.in Location: Sarjapur Road, Bangalore (Work From Office) Experience: 2 - 4 Years NoBroker.in, India's leading PropTech Unicorn, is looking for an App Growth Associate to join its high-impact Performance Marketing team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about app growth, user acquisition, campaign operations, and data-driven marketing. Key Responsibilities: Execute and manage app acquisition campaigns across Google Ads (UAC), Meta Ads, and CRM platforms like MoEngage Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and improve campaign efficiency Analyze campaign data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports Track and optimize key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPI, Installs, Conversions, and ROAS Collaborate with Product, Creative, and CRM teams to execute app growth initiatives Required Skills: 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in App Growth or Performance Marketing Strong experience with Google Ads (UAC) and Meta Ads Manager Experience with MoEngage, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar mobile attribution platforms Good understanding of app marketing funnels, attribution tracking, and campaign reporting Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets Why Join NoBroker?
