**Responsibilities:** - Make second voice calls to validate customer interest and close insurance leads. - Follow up on assigned leads and ensure high conversion. - Understand the insurance sales process and work towards monthly targets. - Coordinate with vendors and maintain good working relationships. - Track performance and achieve monthly KPIs. **Requirements:** - 13 years of experience in voice/telecalling/insurance sales preferred. - Strong communication and convincing skills. - Targetdriven with good lead management skills.
