Responsibilities: • Make second voice calls to validate customer interest and close insurance leads. • Follow up on assigned leads and ensure high conversion. • Understand the insurance sales process and work towards monthly targets. • Coordinate with vendors and maintain good working relationships. • Track performance and achieve monthly KPIs. Requirements: • 13 years of experience in voice/telecalling/insurance sales preferred. • Strong communication and convincing skills. • Targetdriven with good lead management skills.
