Role & responsibilities 1. Manage 15-25 Bank Branches 2. Drive Sales targets through the Branch SP Agent 3. Conduct training on product updates and process 4. Monitor branch productivity and strategise on how to increase productivity Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any stream with a flair for sales through the bancassurance channel. Must be managing a Bancassurance Channel in Branch Banking for atleast 20 branches
