Job Location: Mumbai & Pune Job Role: Business Development Manager - SME Agency Roles & Responsibilities **Recruitment, training, and activation of SME Agents** Ensure continuous onboarding and capability building of SME agents. **Monitor business performance of SME Agents** Track productivity, provide regular guidance, and support performance improvement. **Lead generation & sales achievement** Drive business through quality lead generation and ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met. **Policy renewals** Ensure timely renewals and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers. **Preferred Candidate Profile** - Experience in agency recruitment, SME/general insurance, or sales & distribution roles - Strong relationshipbuilding and communication skills - Ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team of agents
