Were Hiring | Business Development Head Location: Delhi Role: Business Development Head Working: Monday to Saturday | Field Role About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Development Head to lead a team of Business Development Managers and drive property acquisition and business growth in the assigned market. What Will You Be Doing? • Lead a team of BDMs to onboard new properties on the OYO platform and scale business operations in existing/new markets. • Establish and execute plans for property acquisition through local sources, including builders, agents, brokers, and property owners. • Ensure revenue returns from newly onboarded properties by monitoring performance and implementing strategies for optimization. • Work closely with property owners to maximize profitability. • Frequently travel across various locations to generate and maintain a healthy property funnel. • Develop and nurture strong relationships with property owners to build a robust referral network and enhance business opportunities. Key Performance Indicators • Number of sellable rooms signed and made live month-on-month. • Ensuring occupancy (URNs) of properties onboarded in the last 90 days. • Gross margin derived from properties signed. Required Skills • Sales/Business Development experience in banking, real estate, pharmaceutical, or startups preferred. • Strong stakeholder management and networking ability. • Ability to understand and review legal contracts. • Good proficiency in ERP/APP usage, Excel, and email writing. • Strong analytical ability. Who Are We Looking For? • 5–8 years of overall experience in Sales/Business Development. • 2–4 years of experience in a people-manager capacity. • Willingness to travel and work in the field. • Experience in acquiring hotels/commercial properties will be an added advantage.
