1) Sourcing Activities, New Supplier Identification & Part Development activities. 2) Price Finalization of Chassis Components like Exhaust System, Air Con systems. 3) Development of Chassis Compnenets like Exhaust system & Air Con System. 4) Vendor process/ Quality Stabilisation& sign off the parts for mass production. 5) Planning & Enhancing Vendor Capacity. 6) Vendor Management & Stabilization of vendor in terms of quality & Delivery. 7) Yearly Cost Reduction. Localization & VAVE Activities. 8) RM Indexation & Purchase Order Management. 9) Coordinate with Cross Functional team to ensure smooth flawless launch, meeting production requirements. 10) Prepare reports on purchase like supplier & devbelopment issues, benchmarking, Price analysis.
