Cloud & Container Security Engineer(Wiz/CNAPP)

Location: Pune Work Mode: Hybrid Work Timing: General or UK Shift Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Resilience Engineer (SRE) to join the CTE to design, build and maintain scalable, and reliance Cloud Native Application Protection (CNAPP) service. You will work closely with software engineers, cloud platform teams, operations to ensure our services meet availability and performance goals. Responsibilities • Experience in managing incidents / technical issues related to cloud/containers platforms that run at scale • Investigate and resolve issues affecting production environment with SLAs • Define and manage telemetry requirements for managing and operating a Platform: integrations health, management plane health, alerting other teams for remediation e.g. cloud platform teams, manage Wiz updates and patches for HSBC consumers • Experience in deploying Wiz CNAPP or similar security platform on GCP, AWS, Azure, AliCloud platforms as well as Kubernetes Platforms hosted Bare metal/VMware. • Design, implement and maintain logging and monitoring process for the Wiz environments. • Maintain documentation to support Wiz adopters and adherence to HSBC internal controls. • Monitor use of Wiz components e.g. DeamonSet versions to ensure that they are aligned with Wiz Vendor recommendations. • Support developers with troubleshooting to identify why Wiz components are not operating as planned. • Support integration efforts with downstream reporting tools by provisioning and maintaining service accounts and APIs catalogue needed.
