**Inside Sales Associate / Senior Associate Cross Border Sales** As an Inside Sales Associate Cross Border Sales at Delhivery, you will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by helping exporters, D2C brands, SMEs, and enterprises with their international shipping needs. **Key Responsibilities** - Generate and convert inbound and outbound sales leads. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cross-border solutions. - Achieve revenue, shipment, and customer acquisition targets. - Manage the sales pipeline and maintain CRM records. - Onboard customers and ensure successful activation. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. - Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities. **Qualifications & Skills** - 1–4 years of inside sales experience, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, freight forwarding, Edtech or SaaS. - Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. - Knowledge of international shipping and export processes is an advantage. - Comfortable with outbound calling, CRM tools, and virtual customer interactions. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused. **What We Offer** - Competitive salary with performance incentives. - Career growth in a fast-growing organization. - Exposure to global logistics and international trade. - Collaborative and technology-driven work environment.
