We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads to join our high-impact Performance Marketing team. Key Responsibilities: \\* Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns \\* Manage Google Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns \\* Drive lead generation, buyer acquisition, seller onboarding, and home loan campaigns \\* Own campaign performance metrics including CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates \\* Implement and manage GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion Tracking \\* Collaborate with creative teams for ad creatives, A/B testing, and campaign scaling \\* Analyze performance data and provide actionable growth recommendations Requirements: \\* 2 4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing \\* Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads \\* Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Custom Audiences, and Conversion Tracking \\* Strong analytical and reporting skills \\* Proven track record of optimizing campaigns and reducing CPL Join NoBroker and work on campaigns that impact millions of users across India's leading proptech platform.
