Employee Experience and Operations Executive (HR)

About the Role We are looking for an energetic HR professional who enjoys interacting with employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding and employee experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in employee documentation, compliance support, and employee engagement while closely partnering with the field sales team. Key Responsibilities Employee Onboarding & Documentation • Collect and verify all pre-joining and onboarding documents. • Ensure timely completion of employee documentation before onboarding. • Verify Aadhaar, PAN, bank account, educational and other mandatory documents. • Track pending documents and coordinate with employees until completion. PAN & Aadhaar Compliance • Verify PAN-Aadhaar linkage status. • Assist employees in linking PAN with Aadhaar through the Income Tax portal whenever required. • Guide employees in correcting PAN or Aadhaar details by coordinating with the respective government portals/agencies. • Ensure employee records remain compliant for payroll and statutory purposes. Employee Engagement • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives. • Organize monthly celebrations, recognition programs and team activities. • Drive employee participation and improve overall employee experience. Field HR Support • Work closely with the Sales and Field Force teams. • Conduct regular joint working visits with the sales team to understand employee challenges. • Resolve HR-related queries and provide timely support. • Act as the first point of contact for field employees on HR-related matters. Required Skills • Minimum 1 year of experience in Onboarding or Employee Relations. • Hands-on experience in employee documentation and onboarding. • Good understanding of PAN, Aadhaar and statutory documentation. • Experience in employee engagement activities. • Comfortable travelling and working with field sales teams. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail. Mandatory Requirements • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience. • Fluency in Tamil, Telugu and English is mandatory. • Willingness to travel for joint working with field teams.
