If interested, kindly share your cv on **sejal.ghadge@icicisecurities.com** **Equity Relationship Manager- Online Activation Group Key Responsibilities:** - To activate the non-traded customers who had opened the account with ICICIdirect.com but still not activated the account. - To re-activate STOP traders who once traded with ICICIdirect.com but now stopped trading. - To provide full demo of the website with all research calls while activating these non-trading and stop traded clients. - To cross sell other products of the company to increase revenues while ensuring that the customers remain active month on month. - To open new accounts by taking reference from the reactivated clients. - To handle customer queries and to ensure complete customer satisfaction for the reactivated clients. **Key Requirements:** - Should be a good communicator - Should have customer orientation - Should have strong interpersonal skills - Should be aggressive & have a positive approach - Should have analytical skills Regards Team HR ICICI Securities
