Supported End-to-End Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes. Create, modify, and monitor sales orders. Provided Go-Live and Hypercare Support to business users. Prepared Functional Documentation, Test Scripts, and User Manuals. Coordinated with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and process improvement • Order entry for plant operations • Sharing special discount details with Head Office for unloading of LOB across all three plants. • Preparation and monitoring of daily dispatch and pendency reports for the Paper Business • Coordination with wholesalers and units for dispatches and pending orders, as and when required. • SAP proficiency is must.
