**Role & responsibilities** **Position Summary:** The HR Executive will be responsible for HR master data management, HR MIS & reporting, CRM administration, and workforce data governance. The role ensures accurate employee data, timely management reporting, dashboard maintenance, and support for HR analytics, budgeting, and manpower tracking. **Job Description:** **HR Master Data Management** - Maintain and update employee master data across HR systems. - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of employee records. - Manage employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits. - Conduct regular data audits and reconciliation activities. **HR MIS & Reporting** - Generate and publish periodic HR MIS reports and dashboards. - Track key HR metrics including headcount, attrition, hiring, vacancies, and manpower movement. - Provide timely and accurate reports for HR, business leaders, and management reviews. - Support preparation of presentations and workforce analytics reports. **HRMS & CRM System Management** - Manage HR CRM workflows & employee requests. - Monitor turnaround times and ensure timely closure of employee queries. - Coordinate with HR stakeholders for issue resolution and process compliance. - Support system enhancements, testing, and user administration activities. **Process Governance & Compliance** - Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and data governance standards. - Maintain confidentiality and compliance of employee information. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. **Preferred candidate profile** **Qualifications:** Any Graduate (Preferably B.Com) with PG in Human Resources. **Work Experience:** The ideal candidate should have 57 years of experience in HR Operations, HR MIS, or Data Management, with hands-on exposure to HR master data management, HRIS/CRM administration, MIS reporting, and dashboard preparation. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. Experience in managing employee data, generating workforce reports and ensuring data accuracy and governance. Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills are essential. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage. **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and HRMS platforms. - Good analytical and data management skills. - Experience in HR MIS, reporting, CRM administration, and HR operations. - Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
