Role & responsibilities • Manage overall hotel operations and profitability. • Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments. • Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service standards. • Drive revenue, occupancy, and cost-control targets. • Manage and develop hotel staff and departmental heads. • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and statutory standards. • Handle guest concerns and operational challenges effectively. Preferred candidate profile Hotel management qualification with strong leadership and hotel operations experience.
