Graphic Designer

Job description

Key Responsibilities: • Design and produce graphics for property marketing, including emailers, banners, notifications, newsletters, and social posts. • Collaborate with the marketing, brand, and communication teams on design solutions for digital creatives. • Design social creatives, such as post covers and other collateral. • Experiment and collaborate to create new ideas for interactive design materials. • Research as needed and provide support on assigned production tasks. Job Requirements: • Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for aesthetics, colour, and typography. • Energetic self-starter capable of working both independently and within a team. • Ability to manage multiple deadlines. • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator). • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Gemini, Firefly, Midjourney, and Magnific.
