Graphic Designer

Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** - Design and produce graphics for property marketing, including emailers, banners, notifications, newsletters, and social posts. - Collaborate with the marketing, brand, and communication teams on design solutions for digital creatives. - Design social creatives, such as post covers and other collateral. - Experiment and collaborate to create new ideas for interactive design materials. - Research as needed and provide support on assigned production tasks. **Job Requirements:** - Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for aesthetics, colour, and typography. - Energetic self-starter capable of working both independently and within a team. - Ability to manage multiple deadlines. - Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator). - Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Gemini, Firefly, Midjourney, and Magnific.
