Growth Associate Location: Bengaluru | Experience: 0–3 years | Employment Type: Full-time | Workplace: On-site About the Role We are looking for a highly driven Growth Associate to support growth initiatives across campaign execution, user acquisition, retention, revenue tracking, and growth operations. The role involves working closely with the Growth Manager and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, track performance, and drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Execute growth campaigns across YouTube, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, landing pages, and paid/organic channels . • Support GTM campaigns for new products, batches, webinars, test series, and seasonal offers. • Track key metrics such as Leads, CTR, CVR, AOV, Revenue, Retention , and channel performance. • Monitor acquisition, engagement, and conversion funnels and identify drop-offs. • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Tech, Content, and Design teams to ensure timely execution. • Support A/B testing, campaign optimization, and identification of growth opportunities . • Maintain dashboards, trackers, campaign calendars, and performance reports. Requirements • 0–3 years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Business Operations, Business Analytics, GTM, or similar roles. • Good understanding of growth marketing and campaign execution. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets . • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment . Good to Have • Experience with YouTube funnels, WhatsApp marketing, Email/SMS campaigns, or CRM journeys . • Experience with dashboards, reporting, or performance analysis. • Exposure to EdTech, D2C, consumer internet, or digital-first businesses . Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
